This is Sawyer while watching Yo Gabba Gabba for the first time.
He had the same expression on his face (disbelief mixed with intrigue mixed with fear) for about five minutes, then he turned to me and said "watch Diego?"
UPDATE: For the past two mornings Sawyer has asked for Yo Gabba Gabba immediately after waking up. He loves it now! I guess it grew on him.

yo gabba gabba is a crazy show. after just seeing a little bit of it, i won't let my kids watch it. i don't blame sawyer.
ReplyDeleteIt is a very weird show! I always tell Zac that the people must have been on drugs when the wrote the show. One of the creators is LDS... hmm
ReplyDeleteYeah its a weird show. Mason will watch it, not his favorite, but he will still watch it.
ReplyDeleteThat show freaks me out. The only reason I know it is because they always show clips on The Soup. I could not get over those pictures of Sawyer. So funny.
ReplyDeleteMy two year old niece introduced me to Yo Gabba Gabba. At first I kept thinking if I watch another episode I'd figure out what is going on. After about a week of utter confusion I realized/assumed it must be a lesson in post modern existentialism and all was well. It's kind of a guilty pleasure now. And the background scenery is really cool.
ReplyDeleteMy kids love it when it's on but I don't put it on much. It is VERY weird and I don't like DJ Lance but the little monsters/robots are kind of cute and their songs teach really good messages like eating all your healthy food and not being afraid of the dark and being a good friend. That being said, I think they could present it in a much less freaky way. :) Love his expression. :)
ReplyDeleteThat show is freaking WEIRD, but also really fun and creative. My kids aren't sure if they like it or not, but whenever it's on they can't tear their eyes away!
ReplyDeleteI call it Yo Whatta Whatta?
